Stamina etc. offers group sessions and one-on-one
training during the week and on Saturdays.
Small group (up to 4 people)
Ideal for those who are new to exercise or prefer the dynamic of a small group.
Large group (up to 10 people)
Perfect for those who have some level of fitness and want a regular group session to increase their strength and movement while having some fun!
Introductory sessions (30 minutes)
You must complete a minimum of two introductory sessions prior to joining a large group. This enables you to learn the core movements of Stamina etc. training and gives us the opportunity to see what level of exercise you are at and what your fitness goals are.
Demonstrations for groups and companies are available!
We begin by introducing you to Stamina etc. training and discussing what you are interested in achieving. We will then run a quick demo with existing clients allowing you to get a feel for our approach and the kind of training we provide.
Perfect for those wanting a completely tailored experience that works towards their own goals.
Before your ﬁrst session we will meet to discuss your experience of exercise, your health requirements and your goals. This provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other and prepare a session you’ll love!
What to bring to training sessions
Appropriate exercise clothes & trainers, water bottle and towel.

Stamina etc. has a range of training locations available. All are open air training on ovals or at parks. During winter months training is held at the undercover area at Albany Senior High School. Directions given at booking.
